After purchase, you will receive an email from me with a list of clarifying questions regarding design/imagery, charm shape, metal choice, colors, length, etc. You will also be able to send in any reference or inspiration pictures you would like to share. Most custom necklaces I've done in the past have been pet portraits, however I love to paint other subjects too so feel free to let me know if you have a fun idea. I love painting plants, vintage decor, bugs, flowers, patterns, etc.

Please read the following disclaimers carefully~

• By purchasing this listing, you are pre-ordering a custom art piece. I try to complete and ship custom orders within 8 weeks of receiving design specifications, but some may take longer due to the complicated nature of the ceramics process. Please be patient with me, I cannot rush the process and these pieces simply take a long time to make. I often have to remake pieces if something goes wrong during either of the kiln firings. 
• I am hoping to have all custom orders finished and ready to ship by Dec. 15th, but again, I cannot guarantee this.
  
• Please input a primary/reliable email address, as I will be reaching out via email to confirm design details shortly after purchase. The sooner I receive your response, the sooner I can get started on your piece. Delayed responses may result in delayed orders that likely won't ship until Jan 2026.
• Please input a shipping address that will still be reliable in 8-12 weeks, as I will ship your order upon completion to whichever address you enter at checkout. 
• Custom charms are usually about 1" or smaller- they are small & detailed. I can't/ won't promise that my painting will look exactly like your reference picture. My painting style is intricate yet whimsical, please look at my Instagram to browse custom pieces I've made in the past to see whether my style is a good fit for your imagery. 
• Necklaces will be made with your choice of either 14k gold filled or sterling silver wire, chain, clasp and jump rings.
• Many of the beads & charms that I use are repurposed, secondhand, and/or vintage. Please keep this in mind and understand that I do not always know the exact materials. I only source and choose items that seem high quality and made to last.
• Because many of my beads are secondhand or sourced locally in small batches, I have a varied supply and am often unable to exactly replicate designs I've done in the past. 
  
• I love being given creative freedom when working on custom orders~ if you're unsure about specifications, I am happy to use my best judgement and surprise you with a piece that fits the general "vibe" of what you're hoping for.
